I called 5 or 6 (or more) demolition firms to tear down a house and shed I had just purchased and Juan with JRP was the quickest to respond with a bid and his number was among the lowest. After I couldn't get a response from the lowest bidder (Juan was very close to being the lowest) I contacted Juan and negotiated a contract in minutes. He literally started the work in two days as he said he would and he was done in two days although he said it would take him three:-) I'm now one of JRP's biggest fans!
