I cannot say enough good things about TruLog and their staff. Without a doubt, the very best customer service I've encountered in my 60 years! Ryan was available 24/7, even answering my texts on weekends. Very impressive! He worked tirelessly to ensure my builder had all the materials needed for the A-frame home we are building. Not an easy task given some of the unique window shapes and angles on the front of the house. Then there's the product itself -- so authentic looking and durable! Added bonus, much easier to care for than actual logs. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone considering log siding give TruLog a call! Absolutely the best in product and customer service!
