Hands-down the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. To top it off, the flood policy was over 50% cheaper than the other quotes I had received. Suzanna was fantastic and answered my (many) questions promptly. Real people answer the phone when you call. I have told my mortgage lender to be recommending this company to others!!
