Ours is a complex setup (large house, separate RO system for kitchenette in basement, etc), but it took several visits and an equipment swap to get things working, and the RO system in the basement still needs some work (pressure way too low). The delay in getting this finished up isn't their fault though, and they do come out when scheduled and make it right.
