I am such a novice when it comes to technology, but that doesn't save me from being responsible for the work that I do that requires the latest in computer and internet skills and abilities. When things go wrong, I must rely on experts that I can trust to help me get back on track...AND help me understand the next iteration of the software and other tools upon which I depend. The folks at Green Dragon Technology have proven that they are those trusted experts and I will continue to turn to them first when I have computing issues. I recently had them help me with software and connectivity problems and I was completely satisfied with the technical expertise, the price and the training / coaching that I received. I was never intimidated or made to feel inadequate with my level of knowledge, and that's a big deal!
