Dwayne was very professional and he gave me a lot of knowledge about my carpet and used a machine that pull up so much dog hair.. Stanley steamer or other carpet cleaning has never done this . My carpet is so clean with a fresh clean smell .. from now on will only use elite carpet cleaning services.. Dwayne is so knowledgeable and I will only used elite carpet cleaning would recommend this to everyone.. Very satisfied customer
