We were in a hurry to get flooring because we wanted to replace floors before selling a property. We communicated this to them and were told that the floorboards were being ordered and would be there in a few days. The day they were supposed to be delivered, I called and was told that they hadn't been ordered because we hadn't paid upfront. We had never been told we needed to pay ahead of time, which we gladly would have done, had we known. Therefore, we paid immediately and had to wait another two weeks before we were told they could be delivered. The day they were supposed to be delivered, I called and was told they were still in Oklahoma City. They were promised the next day. While the floorboards were delivered the next day, we were told that the moldings, which had to be installed first, were not delivered because they were "too long to fit in the truck". Ultimately, we're happy with the looks of the floor now, but lost weeks of potential activity/home showings because our floors were torn up the day before we were originally promised the floors would be delivered. Disappointed, because there wasn't a great deal of remorse on their part, either. The floor installers (separate company) had indicated great experiences in the past when there was another manager (Joan?). We would definitely not recommend ProSource based on this experience.
