I love it hear the trainers are all nice, but give you that push you need. Everyone who goes there just gives you this encouragement that makes you want to come back and go hard. They have a lunch class that just works out perfect for me, Its only 30 min but man its an intense workout and you feel satisfied after. I say give it a try if I can do it anyone can do it!!!!!
