I have worked with ProSource on 2 jobs. Both of my experiences were terrific. I worked with Omar Lederer and Lori Wall and I couldn't be more pleased. They made the experience of picking out and purchasing tile and backsplash a breeze. Omar is great help and has awesome ideas to help you stay within your budget! Everyone in the office is pleasant and accommodating. Any of the tile that I ordered came in within a week. For me, communication is a big deal - whether it was a text about the arrival of caulk or an email that my tile had arrived they were on top of it. ProSource has an overwhelming amount of tile, carpet and backsplash choices. So plan a little time to go through the showroom. If everyone was as easy to work with as the folks at ProSource, remodeling jobs would be a piece of cake.
