The customer service that I received from Fat Buddha Glass was so stellar! The first bong I bought had a flaw in the glass and it cracked and I was devastated. I called, they listened to me tell my sob story, apologized for having it happen && then sent me a brand new glass piece free of charge. When I got my package they even sent me a funny note remembering the story of how my bong got its name! So thoughtful! So glad I chose them to purchase through!
