From the sales team (Buck) through the administration office (Lois and Carrie), and the contractors (Jose and his guys) on-site, the experience was great. They helped me make the best selection, started right away, helped me get financed quickly and finished the job very fast for us to get back on the market quickly. They responded timely to questions and concerns, met me at my office to do paperwork, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. When they finished, you couldn't tell that they had been there as the clean-up was incredibly thorough. When I asked for help getting the final paperwork through so I could get a copy of the warranty, they exceeded expectations by expediting their normal process for me. I highly recommend them for your projects. I also want to recognize Jeff-he was basically my project manager and he was very patient with my questions and responded very timely to my texts-he made sure the project was done right for me.
