This was my first time using Steam Master Cleaning. Kevin and Brandon arrived within the time frame provided and were very careful, professional, friendly and experienced. While the services cost much more than I am accustomed to paying for carpet cleaning, I appreciated that they didn't just use water to "steam clean" my carpet and actually used a cleaning solution to target specific types of stains on my carpet. Some of the stains were VERY old and could not be removed no matter how hard they tried but were lightened a bit. Thank you Brandon and Kevin for an overall great job!
