Handling the phone call was far above perfect as it always is. I had to change my appointment not once, but twice and they were more than happy to change it for me. There was never a hesitation or a comment, there was only friendly 'no problem'. Richair' technician was not only pleasant, but right on the button of time. He was friendly and provided excellent service. Not only neat, but patient. When there was a problem he was diligent. His timing was great. Richair can be proud of this serviceman, he represents the company proudly. The technician described what he was doing in terms that were very clear to me and my sons. He also pointed out future problems that could come up and how they could be resolved. I am very pleased with his responses, they were very helpful. I absolutely recommend Richair Comfort Solutions
