The only negative in dealing with this company is the incessant calls for referrals. When we had the windows put in we gave them 3 local referrals, but the calls haven't stopped. The windows are good quality, they save a great deal for us on our electric bills. They look nice. The company representatives that installed the windows were polite and seemed to know what they were doing.
