A year ago we decided to add to our fur family. So we took a trip to Greenville animal care. We went with the intentions of a puppy maybe up to 6 months old but instead ended up adopting a one year old. We went and picked this her up and she didn’t want to get in the car and she was very stand offish towards us. Ok just thought it was from being at the shelter. We get her home and inside that was it, she wouldn’t go outside for nothing, food, treats, she was determined she wasn’t going outside. She would hold it until nobody was around or asleep and would potty in our back bedroom. Ugh after two weeks of this I was so done. I took her back to the shelter and told them what was going on and that she needed some help with her anxiety but no they put her right back up for adoption. My heart was broke so I went back 3 days later and got her returned home and researched trainers and asked around the vets offices and the Greenville dog wizard team was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Called had our first consultation with Tara and she recommended the 2 week program. Tara let us think about it We called her a few days later. She came and picked Bailee up two weeks later Tara and Damien brought Bailee home, we discussed what went on and her progress then they both showed me their techniques and how to follow through where they left off. Told me I would have to continue training until we get her where she needs to be. But WOW I was so IMPRESSED with the difference. Bailee still has issues with buses, trucks with trailers but I know how to help her through her fear. She’s no where near the same TERRIFIED DOG that left for training. We now go on walks , stores , and out to eat. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND CONTINUE TRAINING. If you don’t then your dog might or will go back to the way they were before the training. Then your the only one who can be blamed not the Trainers.
