Bought a set of knives for my Mom for Christmas. They were on sale, I believe that they were an older model but when I wasn't given a knife that was supposed to be sent with the set I emailed Gunter Wilhem and had a response the next day and a new knife the day after that, this was the day after Christmas that I emailed them. Extremely pleased with the quality and customer service and I plan to buy myself a set of these knives in the next year or two.
