Elan was pleasant to deal with, competent and excelled at explaining both the technology and how to use it. I was impressed (and surprised) at how much the technology has advanced and how much it can do for you. The hearing aids I bought were not cheap but in this case you get what you pay for. There are cheaper alternatives but they don't offer as many capabilities and probably won't perform as well.
