We love Pro Source. Your people are always friendly and helpful. However, this time we were not pleased with the timeliness of being told when our orders arrived. We received our first email notice June 11 although our items had arrived several days earlier. We had called shortly after placing our order to see if our items had arrived but were assured that we would be called as soon as our items arrived. But no one ever called. We finally called last week and found out our items had arrived the day before but no one contacted us until about 5 days later on June 11. By that time we had already scheduling pick up. Time is money in our business and not to be notified when our order arrived cost us time (money). We didn't want to be calling you every day to see if our items had come in but our respect for your assurance that we would be contacted as soon as the items had arrived was a misplaced act on our part. We will know better next time.
