Highly Recommend: I reached out to Attorney Gwinn when my ex-wife had filed ridiculous criminal charges against me; we’re in a full custody battle and this was merely an attempt to gain leverage on me. Attorney Gwinn and I were both shocked that the charges had gone through, but with my ex being law enforcement it seemed only obvious as to how she was able to do so. The prosecutor and the deputy involved in the case were nothing but difficult and unwilling to hear my side of the story prior to false allegations being filed. Needless to say it was an extremely bizarre situation that ultimately resulted in me rejecting a joke of a plea deal and instead gambling everything in a full day jury trial. Having never experienced anything like it before, my emotions were all over the place. But Attorney Gwinn and her assistant Nikki (she was amazing the entire process) did everything and more to make me feel as confident and comfortable about my case as possible. I cannot say enough about Susan and the way she controlled the trial, from the beginning of the day to the end she was everything I could have asked for and more. It’s amazing to me how the prosecution’s side will lie and twist things, yet Susan remained calm and truthful, and ultimately I was found not guilty in less than 30 minutes by the jury. I highly recommend Attorney Gwinn and her office, they worked diligently and provided me with the best care possible. I hope I never have to experience anything like that again, the case never should have happened, but should I ever need legal assistance in that area again I will definitely be reaching out to Attorney Gwinn and her team.
