I have been using Xpress Wellness for a few years now due to their location near my home as well as their knowledgeable staff & friendly courteous service. I usually see Bob when I come in, however I had the pleasure of meeting Zach last week as he took care of my granddaughters. He was so awesome with them. He is quite tall so to a 15mos old & 3 yr old he COULD have been intimidating but he was not! He was so kind & so gentle that the baby actually reached for him from the ground where she stood gazing up at him. He was a natural! I had to go see Zach myself on the 12th & again today as I was getting worse. He gave me his undivided attention & truly LISTENED which is a rare thing in health care these days but not a rare thing for the staff at Xpress. I believe this line of work truly suits him & I'm glad to have dealt w him. I want to give a big shout out to Chelsea & Cindy who are always kind, sweet & make me feel like I’m a friend visiting than simply a patient!! Please don’t misunderstand me. They are professional & perform their jobs very well from what I have witnessed. But what impresses me most is that they understand that laughter is some of the best medicine & they liberally sprinkle that in while they do an outstanding job. Thanks ladies! U are very much appreciated. I spoke to a Christina today when she called checking on me. She seemed to be a caring woman as well. Sabrina (sp) thanks for the great care & soft touch while caring for me today too. In my opinion if U don’t have health problems then you can be treated just about anywhere for the common colds or sprained limbs but if you’re like me & do have chronic problems & need a knowledgeable & caring staff then this is where you should go. I can’t say enough about this fine staff. If U haven’t tried Xpress, then perhaps U should.
