We got off to a rough start since the parts ordered looked different from the existing ones and the tech believed they were not the correct ones. Took a long time to get another appointment scheduled. A new tech came and made the parts work. Repair of 4 motors in my sectional done very quickly once they new they were the right parts. I’m very pleased with the work.
