I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience with Susan at K9 bedbug detectives. Our bed bug scare was a very unsettling experience. Susan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me, and tell me things I couldn't learn on the internet about how to protect myself. As a frequent business traveler, bringing those things home has always been my worst nightmare. Magic the amazing bed bug sniffing dog did her work and it turned out we didn't have the little buggers, but we were empowered to protect our selves and our home in the future, and gained tremendous peace of mind. Worth every penny to have her come out.
