From the time I called in and spoke with Debra, I was impressed. She was polite, knowledgeable and very attentive. She scheduled my appointment, and Rodney was the technician who arrived. He is very detail oriented, finding, explaining and addressing other issues with my system that I was not aware of. I was thoroughly impressed.
