DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our contractor referred ProSource for our flooring and cabinets; we had issues from day one. When sending our measurements and revisions, the design team did not pay attention to any of the modifications we made or minor details that needed to be updated to the design. It took over seven revisions to get the measurements to what we needed. Thereafter communication, responsiveness and customer service went out the door, and they stopped returning calls and emails. Even one of their employees told us that the company had horrible customer service. Due to their poor designing and ordering a cabinet that won't fit our double over (after we sent dimensions and specs) we are stuck with a cabinet that we will not be able to use. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!! It puts all responsibility on the buyer even if ProSource messes up the measurements and purchasing.
