With all understanding that Covid is affecting maybe people and businesses I will say it was frustrating to work with this company. It took a long time to hear back about a part that needed to be ordered and o understand that shipping is taking a while but it still seemed long. Finally when we get get a reply there was one rescheduling the day of the appointment, two completely no shows for an appointment and the appoint they did show up for was 3 hours late. I understand it m this company might be running with a fee people but to ask someone to be home on a 4 hour window 3 times in a week and not even bother to tell you that they aren't coming two of those times is just plain neglect. To put icing on the cake after it was "fixed" the dryer does still not work. I will continue to post reviews anywhere I can until the problem is fixed like I paid for or I het a refund.
