Had my first service with Urban Desert yesterday and was so impressed - best service ever! My tech, James, was kind, professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He explained all that he was doing, and why. James arrived within the given timeframe and called to notify me of his ETA. The office staff was friendly and personable, as well. Overall, a great experience; and I would highly recommend Urban Desert to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reputable pest control company.
