After years of trying almost every gym around where I lived I stumbled upon an ad for Burn Kickboxing on Facebook. I went back and forth before signing up for their 6 week challenge, but I took the plunge and I am so happy I did. From the first day walking into the studio I felt like I was where I needed to be. The trainers and members have become like a family to me. Everyone supports one another, from a beginner to a seasoned veteran. The classes are extremely fun and even with the same lesson plan for the week they are all different. This was the best decision I have ever made for my health and wellbeing.
