Our couch a reclining, three piece Natuzzi is still misaligned. The service person was prompt and ordered new parts, but when all was said and done, the one piece was still not aligned, and sags. The FSN phone rep said with these 3 pc couches that is the way it is. Well, two of them line up. And while it is a beautiful piece of furniture, and operates, it's also irritating to look at the misalignment.
