Terrible! They got the majority of the money before finishing the job, $5,800. Brooks Heating and Air could not hook up the HVAC due to no wiring to the compressors. Then the HVAC unit downstairs had the wrong wiring, and it was not large enough to run the heating coils and blower. Brooks went over the HVAC with Bob Arbuckle at the beginning of the job. Then when they discovered there were electrical issues, Arbuckle said he would be right out to fix it. Then told the contractor he was not coming back to fix or finish. Do not do business with this person! I now have to hire another electrician $$$$$ to come back and repair his work and finish the job. He comes across as really sweet, but he doesn't do many of the items he has agreed to do once he gets the job. He was one of the most frustrating people to deal with in all the years I have been in the building business. By far the worst electrician in my lifetime.
