Chris and the team were amazing! They lived to up to every bit of their phenomenal reputation. Nova was there for 2 weeks and learned so much, we got updates and honest explanations of what she was working on and struggling with. When we went to pick her up, it was obvious she was comfortable with Chris and his trainers which we really liked to see.
