I came in to purchase lighting and mirrors for 2 bathrooms that I am currently having remodeled. I had a most pleasant experience working with Renee. I explained my needs and my budget, she showed me all of the beautiful lighting options and mirrors, answered my many questions and gave me some time to look around on my own. It took me only 5 minutes to return back to my favorites and Renee returned and wrote up the order. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for even though I am not often clear with my descriptions of things and she put absolutely no pressure or time constraints on me, as so many sales persons do these days. It is not my first time purchasing from Franklin Lighting and everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. I have and will continue to recommend this business to friends and will definitely return to consult with Renee on my lighting and decorating needs.
