Cindi our account manager was very disappointing. We are a repeat customer (through a contractor). When it came time to confirm that our tile order was ready, it took two weeks for her to return our two phone calls. Once we confirmed that the tile was ready the contractors went to pick the tile up. At that time Cindi mentioned that she would call us to receive final payment, and released the product based on that assumption. She then failed to contact us for over two weeks to collect payment. Then a charge came onto our credit card (without our authorization). If she had called we would have informed her that we didn't want the card that she charged (again without auth.) but we preferred to use a different credit card. So Cindi was slow to assist, slow to respond and then when she realized she had an unpaid balance she went ahead and charged a credit card that she wasn't authorized to charge. When we cleared this up today she indicated that she wasn't "available" when the contractors came to pick up the material. The contractors however were informed by Cindi (via phone 30 minutes before they picked up the materials) that she would contact us later that same day three weeks ago.
