I have had Susan and Magic in my apartment 3 times(First time positive, 2nd and 3rd times no bugs, yay!). Not only is Susan extremely professional, she is also very calming, knowledgable and re-assuring. She was able to answer each and every question that I had and she gave great advice regarding prevention and overall inquiries. I feel much more comfortable regarding the problem of bugs we all face in modern living and I'm excited to have such a great resource in the Seattle area that I can turn to if needed.
