As a client of Kyle, the Eternal Fitness app has been the key to my success. It is really easy to use. Love the workout programs uploaded for my specific needs. There are helpful videos of each individual training skill just in case I forget how to properly execute them. The best part of the Eternal Fitness App has been Kyle's ability to track my food intake, daily workouts, pics of my progress and updated measurements from his own cell phone or laptop!
