I just wanted to drop a note of thanks for all your help in the installation of our new Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioner. I have to say, you guys exceeded our expectations. Roman and his team were meticulously clean and professional. They really knew their stuff. One of the reasons I hesitated in buying ductless air conditioning is because I've seen some installations that looked very unappealing. I've seen homes with these thick black insulation lines on the side of the house that detracted from the curb appeal of the home. The PVC covers your team installed matched our siding beautifully and all the lines were installed level and straight. The same is true of the indoor units. We've started using the A/C, and so far so good. The units are whisper quiet and do a great job of cooling our home. This is in stark contrast to our old units that were so loud you couldn't hear the television. I also received the Mitsubishi Warranty certificate today which was another concern of mine (I had a friend who recently discovered that because she didn't register her warranty with the manufacturer within 90 days, instead of getting a 10 year warranty, she is only entitled to a 5 year warranty that has already expired, costing her a lot of money in recent repairs).
