I was lucky enough to find Jason Meissner at a time when I really needed some help. I was struggling with depression/anxiety to the point where I was having difficulty even reading my emails and getting any work done. I had never tried Hypnotherapy before, but it was recommended to me as an alternative to prescription medication. From my first session with Jason I felt relief. Beyond that, I had forgotten what an incredible feeling relaxation could be. I began to look forward to each session knowing that I would would walk out feeling a wonderful euphoria of calm. Jason has a wonderful way of weaving my life's issues and struggles into the imagery of our sessions, which I believe adds strength to their assistance. When we first met, Jason explained how the process works and that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. He was absolutely right. I now have tools, images, and thoughts to help me battle my anxiety when it flares up. And I always know I can come back for another session and an hour of calm relaxation. Knowing that place exists, and that Jason will find a time to see me, is a sense of relief all its own. I hope everyone who struggles with these sorts of issues can find the solace and truly professional help I have received.
