Ok you can talk to all the rest, drink the kook aid thinking its "Christain" holy water but at the end of the day save your time and call the best there is and that's Don and his team. Long story short without him we would have never closed in time and that would have effected not only my family but 3 others. Nice to see a company with not only integrity but ethics as well.
