My experience here was very disappointing I was so looking forward to this location until I went in to sign my contract. Cynthia was very upset when we ask a question why she insisted we pay a 25% instead of the 15% on the contract and Asked her if for any reason the event does hold will 10% be returned back to me since the it say 15% non refund. To my surprise she made stereotype comments and became rude. I ask my boss at work who is not black she told her the same information she gave me but told her a minimum of 15% deposit non refundable is required. My boss asked her again this conversation was not in English about the deposit and she said 15% . Wow what a shame. But am blessed because we got a place just 10mins after and saved about a thousand.
