Update* Though I was not impressed with our initial visit, I was impressed with the way my issue was handled. The staff was professional and kind dealing with me even though I was quite upset. They made up for my previous visit and though I hope to never have a need for their services, I would use them again in the future if needed. They treated, and double checked my daughter with the first available appointment they had. Next check will be next week and I am confident she will be lice free. My daughter got treated on Friday. We were told it was a light case she probably had lice for less than a week. We were safe to be around other kids. After visiting her cousins out of town, she complained about her head itching on the drive home Sunday. I combed her hair out and found 5 nits and 8 more lice. This is without returning home. I am extremely disappointed. My son was checked and was lice free. They missed an awful lot of stuff in her hair.
