Great experience. I brought two off-the-rack suits that I got on sale, and felt a little sheepish bringing discount department store suits into a bespoke tailor. Instead of judging my purchases, Art complemented my savvy shopping, helped me decide if my suits could be tailored for a great fit or if I should return either of them, and even gave me some style insight on choosing a tie. They genuinely care how you're going to look, regardless of the garment you bring in. I rated 4 starts on value only because they are expensive for alterations, but if you want it done right, come here and spend the extra money.
