Cannot tell nothing about the quality or value - did not hire them to do the job. They rescheduled appointment several times. My boiler did not make hot water, it was emergency. They said they service their service agreement customers first, and I will have to wait. Customer service person was extremely polite and professional. But overall very dissatisfied
