When you walk through the doors of this gym you can feel the passion that the owners and coaches have for fitness and for their community. This brand new Crossfit 970 facility is incredible. It is an amazing space to work out in and be a part of a non-intimidating community. The coaches are very attentive and knowledgeable with excellent guidance. With plenty of class times to chose from, there is a schedule that will fit just about anyone's schedule.
