The meat is probably better then store bought but has a taste sometimes like oatmeal. I found that with a Red Angus meat in my area as well. I also found that with short horn white beef from a 403K farm here in Michigan as well. What is the oatmeal taste in the beef???? The meat is not as good as the old days with 100percent grass fed beef. To raise cows on corn then change to grass for the 30 to 90 days does not create good qualily beef. Beef needs to be 100 percent grass fed which is almost impossible to find in America anymore. Texas Steakhouse is not a CAFO, from my understanding and review. CAFO's are terrible in all grocery stores since the meat is grain feed with hormones. Texas steakhouse I believe is grain and grass they told me. Look for local grass fed from your area if you can find it. Texas Steakhouse could up grade better. Good luck to them.
