Be very careful with this company, USA Home Improvement is a scam. My wife found them through the “HomeAdvisor.com” app. I called in to get the estimate, The sales person came to the house and took the measurement and insisted me to come to the office to get the price. Their office was close to my work, so I visited their office. I felt like I was at a car dealership, they used all car salesman tactics. They try to bring you in and will trap you to sign the contract. They will promises every thing you like to hear. Owner and owner portage took me into their private office and promised everything in order for me to sign the contract. They also tried to sales a loan program to upgrade the entire house windows which I refused to accept when they start asking about my Social Security and personal information. Look out of their cancellation policy. Once the three day cancellation policy is passed they will break the news for higher amount, about the quality of the product and delivery time frame to you. At that time if you think you are protected because you sign the contract, it will surprise you. Slick and Shady business practice by this comapny
