Hello, I received your survey and am pleased to express our family’s appreciation and satisfaction with FHRC. Your team of ladies are attentive and kind in working with our Mom. We are appreciative of their time and assistance. As you know, Juliet recently joined the team as a live-in caregiver. Her soft-spoken and relaxed approach has fit well with our Mom, who trusts Juliet in her guidance and direction. Juliet has worked well handling the increasing occurrence of dementia, being attentive and responsive. Juliet’s kindness and patience are appreciated, we are grateful she is helping us. Grace has been with us from the start, and is a proven and trusted resource. In regards to Mom’s care, she sees what needs to be done and gets it done. This includes working with the family towards the common goal of Mom’s care. We are thankful for Grace’s kindness and time in working with us. The true test of our trust in Juliet and Grace is being able to leave our Mom in their care. I am comfortable leaving the house in the morning knowing Mom is with Juliet and Grace. Meron and Magdalena, our night caregivers, are what we desired – an attentive and engaged team during the night hours. Meron is there almost every night with Magdalena filling in on Sunday. Both could not be more kind. FHRC is a large expense for our family. Our objective is for engaged caregivers with the goal of keeping our Mom in her home.
