This review is for 289 Dekalb Rd. The Montgomery location.....This storage facility stretched beyond expectations and if it weren't for Jo Ann persuading my boss and I to come and take a look at the facility in person (and Jo Ann also went to extra lengths to work with my budget) I may not have rented at this location. Before seeing the EZ storage in Montgomeryville, I had signed a contract with a competitor in the area, but I was not in love with the facility. I contacted EX storage in Montgomeryville and Jo Ann persuaded me to come and see the location. From the minute I stepped onto the premises, Jo Ann and Matt could not have been more accommodating. And the facility is impeccable. I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and feel completely secure at this location and Jo Ann and Matt were more than happy to accommodate my requests for no extra fee. After helping get me a monthly fee closer to my company's budget, I signed on the spot and cancelled the other (cheaper) storage unit. I am extremely impressed and looking forward to being a customer for a VERY long time.
