Loved communicating with Vivian. It almost seemed too easy. But I spoke with three referrals who were amazing and even became friends with them on SM. We picked a pup, then decided on another without a problem. We made the trip to and from in 8 hrs. Full disclosure we had a couple of issues with our pup, but nothing too drastic. We saw it as a pup needing us to be the ones to take care of her. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Penny is a firecracker, but each day is a blessing.
