Very knowledgeable but expensive. They charge way over the price for a part. I had a baxi turbine part go bad and they showed me a picture and price for $400. I bought it at local plumbing store for $57. They try to offer insurance and you must pay full amount upfront. You can buy a new unit for the same price.
