They move very slow and are often understaffed. They don’t meet the needs of the clients and are overpriced as I found every material ordered from them at a significantly cheaper price elsewhere. They weren’t timely with my order and caused a delay in the start of my renovations with my contractor because of their lack of urgency. I have them very strict deadlines to which they did not meet, I won’t be working with them again. Nebraska Furniture Mart sells a significant amount of the same products for cheaper or they will best their price.
