I went in on Wednesday morning for an infection and was given a list of potential complications to watch for. On Thursday morning, I called back to the clinic to ask a question about some new symptoms. I was on hold for more than 8 minutes before the receptionist took a detailed message and said a nurse would call me back. Six hours later, no one had called me back, and I ended up going to another provider with the complications that had begun. No one from Xpress Wellness ever called me back. Being on hold for such a long time and not getting a return call certainly don't make me feel that my health is a top priority.
